אני אוספת מכם מעט מאוד מידע, ורק את מה שנדרש כדי לחזור אליכם ולתת שירות. המסמך הזה מפרט בדיוק איזה מידע נאסף, למה הוא משמש, ומה הזכויות שלכם לגביו.
1. מי מפעיל את האתר
האתר מופעל על ידי שני קרוג, הפועלת תחת השם המסחרי SYO Interior Design (להלן: "אני").
השימוש באתר ומסירת פרטים דרכו מהווים הסכמה למדיניות זו.
2. איזה מידע נאסף
מידע שאתם מוסרים מרצונכם: כאשר אתם ממלאים את טופס יצירת הקשר, פונים בוואטסאפ, בטלפון או במייל, אתם מוסרים פרטים כגון שם מלא, מספר טלפון, כתובת אימייל, שלב הפרויקט שבו אתם נמצאים, וכל מידע נוסף שתבחרו לכתוב.
טופס יצירת הקשר אינו נשלח דרך שירות חיצוני: לחיצה על כפתור השליחה פותחת אצלכם הודעת דואר אלקטרוני מוכנה, ואתם ששולחים אותה אליי. הפרטים שמילאתם אינם עוברים בשום שרת ביניים.
מידע טכני הנאסף אוטומטית: כמו ברוב האתרים, שרתי האחסון עשויים לתעד נתונים טכניים כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן והמכשיר, מערכת ההפעלה, מועד הכניסה והעמודים שנצפו. מידע זה הוא סטטיסטי במהותו ואינו מזהה אתכם באופן אישי.
איני אוספת מידע רגיש כהגדרתו בחוק, ואיני מבקשת מספרי תעודת זהות או פרטי אמצעי תשלום דרך האתר.
3. למה המידע משמש
- יצירת קשר חוזר ומענה לפנייתכם
- הבנת הצורך שלכם והתאמת השירות המתאים
- מתן השירות עצמו וניהול הקשר השוטף לאורך הפרויקט
- שיפור האתר, התכנים והשירות
- עמידה בדרישות הדין ושמירה על זכויות משפטיות
לא אשלח אליכם דיוור שיווקי אלא אם נתתם לכך הסכמה נפרדת ומפורשת, ובכל דיוור כזה תהיה אפשרות פשוטה להסיר את עצמכם.
4. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
איני מוכרת, משכירה או סוחרת במידע שלכם. מידע עשוי להיחשף לגורמים הבאים בלבד:
- ספק האחסון והדומיין - המאחסן את קבצי האתר.
- נותני שירות מטעמי - למשל יועץ מקצועי או ספק תוכנה, ורק במידה הדרושה לצורך מתן השירות.
- רשויות מוסמכות - ככל שאהיה מחויבת לכך על פי דין, צו שיפוטי, או לצורך הגנה על זכויות משפטיות.
חלק מספקי השירות עשויים לאחסן מידע בשרתים מחוץ לישראל.
5. עוגיות (Cookies)
האתר עושה שימוש מינימלי בעוגיות. נעשה שימוש באחסון מקומי בדפדפן (localStorage) לצורך שמירת העדפות הנגישות שבחרתם ושפת התצוגה שבחרתם, כדי שלא תצטרכו להגדיר אותן מחדש בכל ביקור. מידע זה נשמר במכשיר שלכם בלבד ואינו נשלח אליי.
בנוסף, האתר טוען גופנים משירות Google Fonts, שעשוי לתעד את כתובת ה-IP שלכם כחלק מהבקשה.
ניתן לחסום או למחוק עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן. חסימה עשויה לפגוע בחלק מהפונקציונליות.
6. אבטחת מידע
אני נוקטת אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים כדי להגן על המידע מפני גישה, שימוש או חשיפה בלתי מורשים, לרבות שימוש בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS). עם זאת, אין מערכת מקוונת שהיא חסינה לחלוטין, ולכן איני יכולה להתחייב לחסינות מוחלטת.
7. משך שמירת המידע
המידע יישמר למשך הזמן הדרוש למטרות שלשמן נאסף - ובכלל זה משך ההתקשרות ותקופה סבירה לאחריה, לצורך מענה לפניות, שמירה על זכויות משפטיות ועמידה בדרישות הדין. פנייה שלא הבשילה להתקשרות תימחק בתוך זמן סביר.
8. הזכויות שלכם
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, עומדות לכם הזכויות הבאות:
- זכות עיון - לדעת איזה מידע אודותיכם מוחזק אצלי
- זכות תיקון - לבקש לתקן מידע שאינו נכון, שלם או מדויק
- זכות מחיקה - לבקש שהמידע יימחק, בכפוף לחובות שמירה על פי דין
- הסרה מדיוור - לבקש בכל עת להפסיק לקבל פניות שיווקיות

9. קטינים
האתר והשירות אינם מיועדים לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18. איני אוספת ביודעין מידע על קטינים. אם נודע לכם שקטין מסר מידע דרך האתר, אנא פנו אליי ואדאג למחוק אותו.
10. קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים
האתר עשוי לכלול קישורים לאתרים ולפרופילים חיצוניים, כגון רשתות חברתיות. מדיניות פרטיות זו אינה חלה עליהם, ואיני אחראית לתכנים או למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
11. שינויים במדיניות
אני רשאית לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש העמוד, והנוסח המחייב הוא זה המפורסם באתר במועד השימוש.

I collect very little information from you - only what's needed to get back to you and provide the service. This page sets out exactly what is collected, what it's used for, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Shani Krug, trading as SYO Interior Design ("I").
Using the site and submitting details through it constitutes agreement to this policy.
2. What information is collected
Information you provide voluntarily: when you complete the contact form or reach out by WhatsApp, phone or email, you provide details such as your full name, phone number, email address, the stage your project is at, and anything else you choose to write.
The contact form is not sent through an external service: pressing send opens a ready email message on your own device, and you are the one who sends it to me. The details you entered do not pass through any intermediate server.
Technical information collected automatically: as with most websites, hosting servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, visit time and pages viewed. This information is statistical in nature and does not identify you personally.
I do not collect sensitive information as defined by law, and I do not request ID numbers or payment details through the site.
3. What the information is used for
- Getting back to you and responding to your enquiry
- Understanding your needs and matching the right service
- Delivering the service and managing our ongoing work together
- Improving the site, its content and the service
- Complying with legal requirements and protecting legal rights
I will not send you marketing communications unless you have given separate, explicit consent, and every such message will include a simple way to unsubscribe.
4. Sharing with third parties
I do not sell, rent or trade your information. It may be disclosed only to:
- The hosting and domain provider - which stores the site's files.
- Service providers acting on my behalf - only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
- Competent authorities - where required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights.
Some service providers may store information on servers outside Israel.
5. Cookies
This site makes minimal use of cookies. Browser local storage is used to remember the accessibility preferences you select and the language you chose to view the site in, so you don't have to set them again on each visit. That information stays on your device and is not sent to me.
The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of the request.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some functionality.
6. Information security
I take reasonable and accepted measures to protect information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure, including the use of an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No online system is entirely immune, however, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. How long information is kept
Information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected - including the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, for responding to enquiries, protecting legal rights and meeting legal obligations. Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable time.
8. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you have the right to:
- Access - to know what information about you is held
- Correction - to request correction of information that is incorrect or incomplete
- Deletion - to request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations
- Opt out - to stop receiving marketing communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact me using the details below. I will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Minors
The site and service are not intended for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you become aware that a minor has submitted information through the site, please contact me and I will delete it.
10. External links
The site may link to external sites and profiles, such as social networks. This policy does not apply to them, and I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date appears at the top of this page, and the binding version is the one published on the site at the time of use.
